By using TAADAA's website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

TAADAA provides an on-demand home cooking service. A trained cook is dispatched to your home with fresh ingredients and professional vessels to prepare a meal in your kitchen. The service includes cooking, serving, and kitchen cleanup.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing a booking, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be placed through our website or WhatsApp.
  • Prices are as listed on our menu and include ingredients, cooking service, and cleanup.
  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time at no charge.
  • Cancellations after the cook has been dispatched may incur a cancellation fee.
  • TAADAA reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Service Standards

  • Our cooks are trained and verified professionals.
  • The cook will use only the ingredients and vessels brought from TAADAA.
  • The kitchen will be cleaned after the cooking is completed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us immediately.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information including a correct delivery address.
  • Ensure access to your kitchen for the cook.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for the cook.
  • Inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

TAADAA shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Allergic reactions to food if allergies were not communicated at booking.
  • Any pre-existing damage to kitchen equipment or property.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the TAADAA website including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of TAADAA and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Referral Program

  • Referral rewards are subject to the referred user completing their first order.
  • TAADAA reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
  • Referral benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

TAADAA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
